Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience post articles essential
• Current commercial contract drafting and vetting experience essential
• Merger & Acquisition / Sales of Shares exp essential
• Extensive MOI experience required
• Ghost Practice
• Office Suite

Responsibilities:
• Contract drafting – shareholders, agreements, sales of shares, MOI’s, M&A’s
• Vetting of agreements
• Advise to clients re structuring transactions
• Compliance and regulatory training manuals for clients
• Liaise with client re legislation changes
• Diary maintenance
• Fee capturing on Ghost Practice
• Manage legal compliance
• Prepare final accounts for clients
