You will be responsible to administer and validate claims as well as to assist with queries and payments.

• You will register, administer and validate commercial claims within a predetermined turnaround time (TAT)
• Resolve written and/or telephonic queries from brokers, clients, franchises and providers
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, franchises and providers
• Process payments to brokers, clients and providers within predetermined time
• Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders regarding claims and queries
• Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to managment, franchises and brokers.

Qualifications:

• Matric (ESSENTIAL)
• FAIS - Minimum credits required fro Commercial Insurance - Essential
• RE 5 Representative - Essential
• Short Term Insurance Qualification (IISA) Advantage
• 3 Years Commercial Claims Experience (Essential)
