COMMERCIAL LAWYER CONTRACTORS - PROJECT ROLES

In order to support a growing client list, Radiant Law, winner of a Financial Times Legal Industry Pioneer award, is looking for Commercial Lawyers to support our projects team based in Cape Town on a contract (variable project start dates and duration) basis.

The role includes (but is not limited to):

drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
project administration and management
data extraction, analysis and and reporting to clients
delivering quality work to clients within agreed timings on the relevant project

In addition to 2 to 5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, the ideal candidate will:

have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build lasting relationships with clients;
demonstrate initiative and an innovative mindset
be comfortable working autonomously as well as in a strong team environment;
take responsibility;
have the ability to review, assess and draft contracts;
be comfortable meeting tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, changeable environment;
be diligent with a strong attention to detail;
be hardworking and enthusiastic, with a “can do” attitude;
have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and
demonstrate leadership skills at every level.
