They are looking for a high calibre, experienced commercial lawyer to fill a Legal Counsel position at their Hong Kong office.

Are you (or someone you know):
a 4-7 PQE commercial lawyer
with a strong background in commercial law, contracting, IP, privacy and regulatory compliance coupled with a broad understanding of general legal issues (preferably in the media industry).
experienced with data protection, privacy law and transactions involving digital products/services are preferred (but not essential)
with a license to practice in HK or other common law jurisdictions
fluent in spoken and written English (strongly preferred) and Chinese (mandatory)
