Commercial Manager (CA) – Durban

The company develops global skincare products and is in search of a Commercial Manager to work closely with a specialist Formulation Development team.

The Commercial Manager will be based in Durban and will responsible for:

• All commercial aspects of formulation development, with a specific focus on raw material sourcing
• The management of supplier relationships and the development of systems and processes that help to build a formulation development infrastructure that can scale easily
Requirements:

• CA qualification
• 8 years’ commercial experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Naturally inquisitive with a talent for solving complex problems with simple solutions
• Strong analytical skills
