A leading and multiple award-winning Contracting firm is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager, with strong Building experience, to join their team in Cape Town. They have several upcoming projects around the Cape Town area.

Minimum Requirements:
• BSc/ B Tech/ Ndip in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institute
• At least 10 years post graduate experience on large Building projects, specifically Commercial projects.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Commercial Manager role
• Proficient knowledge of Contract law
