B Comm in Cost Accounting / Financial Management , CIMA or CA (SA)
Have at least 7 years’ in a commercial experience in a manufacturing environment
Have strong team / people leadership skills
Demonstrate excellent process and people management skills
Have strong, analytical, planning and organizational skills
Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Be well versed in ERP systems , JDE an added advantage
Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work overtime when required.
Ability to use all MS Office applications
Ability to analyze the business for opportunities in costing
Have strong morals and ethics
