Job Description:

Grow and maximize the product brand value through consistent entrenchment of brand guidelines, continuous stakeholder engagement, information sharing and communication management.
Implementing and managing product, packaging and branding specifications according to the guidelines
Quality assurance and control
Certifications and audits
Build, maintain and enhance stakeholder relations including growers, exporters and clients to enhance the brand experience
Continuous engagement and communications with local and international stakeholders
Information management
General administration associated with the position


Tertiary qualification relevant to the position (logistics, marketing, agriculture value chain, project management)
5+ years’ experience in fruit-related value chain activities in foreign and/or local markets
Advanced relationship management skills, including excellent communication and conflict management skills
Extensive industry network including growers and value-chain stakeholders
Knowledge and experience of managing commercial citrus programs
Citrus supply chain knowledge, from production to end-consumer
