Our client is a reputable and well established brokerage situated in the heart of Menlyn and are searching for a Commercial / Personal Lines Broker/Marketer to join their small, proficient team in Pretoria.

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• RE 5 (Representatives) and RE 1
• 120 FAIS Credits with Commercial and Personal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable own vehicle
• Ability to travel to clients and grow the existing book
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities:
• Take charge of the existing book and grow business with existing clients (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Witbank).
• Expand the book and grow the business with new clients / prospects in the Johannesburg and Pretoria area (not limited to) – New business sourcing and placing.
• Consult with the owners and senior managers of business to ensure their commercial requirements i.e. fleet, equipment, contractors insurance (SMEs) and offer personal lines insurance to the senior personnel.
• Maintain frequent contact with clients.
• Responsible for renewals
• Support staff in-house will assist with quotations and sourcing, administration and claims.
