Our Commercial team is looking for applicants for a Commercial Planning and Reporting Manager position based in Johannesburg. The role is responsible for (1) driving the development of the reporting suite and capabilities for the commercial division; (2) leading the preparation of the long-term commercial strategy, including coordinating the efforts of each commercial team (e.g., revenue management, network planning, etc.), and consolidating the inputs into a commercial strategic plan. The manager is also in charge of preparing all materials and review for the commercial management team to run strategic sessions.

Minimum Requirements


· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field (Essential)

· Post-graduate degree (Desirable)

· 5 years’ experience in reporting, BI, Business Planning or similar role (Essential) of which the following experience should have been covered concurrently:

· 2 years experience managing a team (Essential)

· Experience in developing reports for an organisation adapted to different audiences within the organisation (Essential)

· Experience in building reports in Tableau and/or another visualisation tool (e.g., Qlikview) (Essential)

· 2 years experience working across different departments in the organisation (Desirable)
