Purpose of the Job:
A dynamic commercial property sales broker to join our vibrant team of brokers in developing and closing leads, knowledge sharing, assisting in supporting other consultants where possible, and actively being part of a company aimed at developing a best of breed service culture and high level of professionalism. The candidate must have solid sales experience, with property experience an advantage.

Main Functions:
• Generate Leads
• Develop proposals for clients
• Showcase commercial properties to clients
• Assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients
• Play an advisory role to clients through market knowledge
• Keeping abreast of commercial properties that come onto the market
• Developing strong relationships and networking with landlords (with both major funds and private landlords)
• Maintain on-going relationships with established clients
• Attend commercial property functions
• Detailed and comprehensive understanding of leasing contracts
• Study towards the commercial property NQF4 equivalent
• Keep own Fidelity Fund Certificate up to date
• Meet set annual targets
• Follow established company processes and utilise sales technologies

Requirements:
Min Matric and at least 2 years sales experience or exposure to a sales environment.
A passion for sales.
