Remuneration:
Basic salary between R7,000 and R10,000 per month with 5% commission on all deals concluded on leads generated. Deal sizes range from R20,000 to R3,000,000.

Purpose of the Job:
A dynamic commercial property business development officer to join our vibrant team of brokers in generating sales and leasing leads

Main Functions:
• Generate 10 new leads per week
• Obtain at least 10 lease expiries per week
• Develop proposals for clients
• Responsible for capturing client details on the system.
• Communicate leads with commercial property brokers

Requirements:
Min Matric and at least 2 years sales experience or exposure to a sales environment.
A passion for sales.

• Excellent telephone manner
• Must be able to work under own initiative
• Highly motivated, no fear of rejection
