Our client, a large commercial property division requires a Property Manager with a LLB Degree or Property Management Qualification coupled with at least 5 Years experience managing a Commercial Property Portfolio, ensuring legal compliance w.r.t lease agreements, managing portfolio budget, monthly rentals, managing external contractors etc. Must be highly Computer Literate with good Property Management and knowledge of lease agreements
