On behalf of our client a globally establish financial services company, we are actively seeking a Commercial Trust Manager (CTM) to join their team, in Durban South Africa. As CTM you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for a complex portfolio of Commercial Trusts. Responsibilities;

Administration of a portfolio of complex commercial trust (hedge funds, unit trusts and structured finance vehicles)
Aiding in the growth of the share trust
Acting as Director when needed
Responsible for onboarding new clients
Liaising with individuals both internally and externally across multiple disciplines
Reviewing legal documents and transactions for trust companies
Working with CIMA
Preparing Fund Governance reviews semi-annually
Managing Staff in learning and development

Requirements;

Professional STEP Qualification
Experience managing commercial trust
Must have work at Manager level or above
Familiar with AEOI Regulations
Experience reviewing legal documentation
