The Company is looking for a top-notch candidate to provide excellent service to internal and external clients by adhering to underwriting procedures and turnaround times in order to retain existing clients and attracting new business for the organisation; thereby contributing to the bottom line results of the Company.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Relevant Insurance Related Qualification (FAIS credits and RE certificate)
5 years’ experience in short term broker
Commercial underwriting experience
Microsoft Office


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adhering to underwriting procedures and turnaround times to ensure that clients are correctly covered and to comply with FAIS requirements.
To provide assistance to the Account Executives to enable them to render excellent customer services to the clients – process new business applications and renewals. Prepare market exercises. Monitor outstanding premiums.
To provide excellent customer services to external clients to retain existing clients and attract new clients.
