Commis Chef / Buffet Chef required for busy hotel in Northern Johannesburg. NB:- Essential to have a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Commis Chef EXCLUDING training period. Matric + formal chef’s qualification. Seeking individual with a passion for cooking, strong hygiene control/safety procedures, experience in food costing/stock control, good communication skills at all levels and able to assist senior chefs with day to day kitchen operations.
