Work in an internationally recognised venue preparing fine dining cuisine for discerning local and international guests, as well as be part of a driven and dynamic team.
Our client is looking for a Commis Chef to assist in the preparation and presentation of fine dining food to meet the hotel’s highest standards. This is an opportunity to work in all areas of the kitchen, as well as to contribute your ideas for menu items. You will need to be able to work alone and as part of a team as well as have the abilty to multitask. A year of experience in a similar 5 star environment along with a formal Culinary Qualification are essential for this position. Successful applications must have a passion for cooking, a desire to improve their skills and excellent time management skills. Good knife skills, wine knowledge and accuracy are essential for success as a Commis Chef in this exclusive establishment.
