Our client needs a tough, worldly-wise negotiator with a Professional Purchasing qualification (and/or Degree/Btech in Engineering or Business) as well as 3-5 years minimum industrial(automotive) purchasing experience (serial life or program). You must have an International mind-set with proven knowledge of all contractual and legal aspects and a thorough understanding of sourcing strategies, technologies and the application thereof. This is a tough industrial environment where you will be very pushed in terms of targets set and will need to have existing supplier relationships strong enough to drive performance and quality delivery from such suppliers.
