Education:
• 3 Years Degree or Diploma in Contractual Law and/or Procurement/Purchasing
• CIPS Certification (Minimum level 4)

Global Experience Standards
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the telecoms industry with experience in supervising others
• Experience working in a medium organization
• A strong background in purchasing with experience of tender and contract management and dealing with large sums of money
• Experience in the drafting and negotiating of contracts
• Experience in the Sourcing environment, industry standards and terms and conditions
