DEGREE OR BTECH IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Formulation and execution of commodity specific sourcing strategies for a specific portfolio of commodities to ensure the reduction Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for these commodities, products and services procured
Knowledge of the PMFA and applicable acts related to the Supply Chain
5 years experience in sourcing and procurement of strategic commodities/services.
Intermediate Microsoft Office training.
HACCP internal training.
Relevant SAP training
Adhere to all guidelines related to of Security, SHE, HACCP and operational policies and procedures
Stakeholder Engagement
Assign contracts and monitor the adherence by service provider according to the scope of work as determined in service level agreements
Recommends and incorporates cost saving initiatives into budgets and controls expenditure within approved parameters
Process adhoc purchase requisitions by obtaining quotes (three quote system), creating purchase orders, forward to suppliers, confirm pricing and product availability according to procurement procedures and internal client requirements ETC.
