A robust Internal Communication strategy that will yield an informed, motivated and engaged workforce;
An External communication strategy focused on the following stakeholder groups:
Develop a communication strategy that promotes a collaborative, customer centric, focused and engaged culture;.
Media: Proactively engage key media and develop relationships with the view of building credibility and ultimately positively positioning the brand;
Communities: Develop a Socio Economic Development (CSI) strategy which will enhance the airport‘s profile as a good corporate citizen and improve the BBBEE scorecard.
Create an Events strategy aimed at creating platforms for networking and opportunities for relationship building
Ensure political, economic and social awareness through continuously scanning the environment with the view of creating business intelligence.
Crisis Management: Develop an overarching crisis management strategy and tactical response plans.
Ensure that all activities within the environment are underpinned by the principle of developing mutually beneficial relationships
