Job Specification... Timely and accurate execution of all activities / projects within area of responsibility

Management of various tasks, including but not limited to:
Develop, implement and maintain tactical calendar, reflecting all tactical activities / projects and timelines planned per annum
Draft and manage project timelines, aligned with tactical calendar
Manage and develop online platforms to align with business objectives and best practices
Manage and develop website, social media platforms, applications and electronic communications
Manage client data base and develop initiatives for continuous, relevant growth of data base while ensuring POPI compliance
Manage a 360° public relations approach, inclusive of print and digital, and the building of media relations
Manage advertising campaigns, inclusive of print and digital, aligned with the tactical calendar
Ensure corporate communications are executed as and when required
Drafting of letters and other forms of communication
Manage and develop content generation for electronic communications, with specific focus on the development of relevant content and ensuring it is aligned with the overall PR strategy
Develop brochures, pamphlets and manuals aligned with the existing CLIENT corporate identity
Manage the CLIENT corporate identity, including all elements contained in the customer journey, and ensure it is implemented and communicated at every touch point throughout the business
Manage events, including but not limited to trade exhibitions, golf days, corporate functions and customer interventions.
