To effectively lead community activities and create a portfolio of community-based projects

that will bring social and economic benefit to communities in the Sabi Sand region in Mpumulanga Province.

To effectively lead administration and financial records.

Supervising all current projects as set out by the Manager

Networking to build contacts and to keep the ones we already have

Keeping all records of meetings and communications on file

All paperwork is signed by relevant people and filed in files in office

Contracts, meeting minutes and discussions are recorded and filed

Any issues, needs and problems to be immediately communicated with the General Managers

Must keep excellent records of all expenses incurred as per the financial record template

Must provide excellent communication to General Managers.

Carrying out various all administrative tasks such as guest emails, donor relations, supplier relations and Lodge's team and guests

Must provide a monthly written report including a summary of work done, and financial records including expenses

incurred and income received

Ensuring accurate communicate with the Lodges re bookings and posting charges on Protel

Reconciliation of accounts with Financial Controller on a monthly basis

Salary R 15 000 Negotiable live/in including company benefits.
