The Community Development Officer is accountable to the HR Manager and will provide assistance to the HR Manager by fulfilling specific HR objectives. This position will involve the facilitation and funding partner development projects and guest support. You would be required to oversee community visits and programs. It would also include, identifying, implementing, managing and monitoring of community development projects. To succeed in this position you will need strong administration, organisaton and interpersonal skills. The lodge is looking for a compassionate, reliable and assertive individual.
