REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Operations experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Labour Legislation
- Experience in Disciplinary procedures and hearings

It is essential to include a detailed description or list of previous duties which indicates involvement in disciplinary processes.

JOB CONTENT
- Misconduct/ performance investigation
- Investigate accidents and recommend discipline where necessary
- Give evidence at arbitration hearings
- Advise line managers on appropriate disciplinary action
- Interview Witnesses
- Knowledge of agreements and company codes of contact
