Well established and independently owned family offices and the largest in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Financial Company urgently requires a qualified Company Secretary for their JHB Office based in Melrose to start ASAP
REQUIREMENTS
• Matric
• Secretarial Business diploma
• Banking experience / background will be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years secretarial experience, at senior manager or executive level
• Computer literacy - Excel/Word/PowerPoint /Outlook/Internet
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and plan work activities
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, both speaking, writing and translating
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Utmost discretion, confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrate initiative, accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication, feedback and interpersonal skills
• Proactive in identifying and solving of problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated individual and team player
Salary: R27 – R30k (based on experience) No benefits
