Health Window is interested in employing a dynamic, pro-active individual who will be primarily be responsible for increasing the company’s productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to the employees.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs
• Scheduling appropriate training sessions
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum for different level of employees within the Organisation
• Prepare training materials hard copy, videos etc
• Train and guide new employees
• Develop a system to ensure that all employees are performing as per their job description and requirements
• Strong administrative skills
• Show knowledge about work skills development and HW Seta processes
• Skills and knowledge to design and implement spaced repetition for employees within the Organisation
• Computer literacy requirement
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Solid knowledge of the latest training techniques
• Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to create own structure within the working environment and Organisation

Minimum of 2-3 years or more experience in training

Salary expectation R 20 – R 25K
