FOREX COMPLIANCE OFFICER

DUTIES:
• Formulating and reviewing company policy to ensure compliance with all relevant authorities (SARB & FIC and Laws of SA)
• Conducting thorough internal audits to enforce company policy covering but not limited to :
o Compliance to the SARB Ruling
o FICA compliance
o Compliance to internal processes and procedures (Forex World)
• Reporting of suspicious transactions
• Staff training and periodic evaluations

Must have:
• 4+ years’ experience.
• Forex experience.
• Buying and selling foreign notes.
• Dealing with telephonic Forex queries.
• Commitment to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service
• Enthusiastic and positive manner
• Ability to count money, cash ups and balancing.
• Be able to liaise with management at levels.
