Our client in a short term insurance sector is looking for a Compliance Claims Assurance Management with an internal audit experience in the related field.

Role responsibility includes:

- The Manager Claims Compliance is responsible for evaluating per request: either the claims value chain and or the sales value chain to give management the assurance that adherence to the Company's philosophy, the relevant policy, standard operating procedures and or single transactions on the claims- and or sales value chains, to a granular level.

- The Manager Claims Compliance is responsible for Quality Assessment, Risk Management and value chain process improvement relevant to Loss of Economic Opportunities

Qualifications":
• BCom Internal Auditing / Accounting Science / Insurance Degree
• Honours degree will be beneficial in evaluating the incumbent’s qualifications together with experience
• CA(SA), CIA and/or ACII will be added value
• Short-term insurance, leadership experience will be value added
• Proven competence in the relevant field of audit, compliance and/or quality assurance will be value added
• Five years’ experience in managing a team of specialists
• Experience the insurance sector will be beneficial
• At least 3-years post articles assurance accreditation
