Our client in Stellenbosch requires the service of a Compliance Coordinator to implement and monitor the Quality Assurance plan and ensure compliance to legislative standards and approved Food Safety Management Systems.

Key performance areas:

? Implement and monitor the quality assurance plan
? Oversee the reworks process and ensure correct rework actions according to specifications
? Develop and maintain a risk management system
? Implement and maintain the company document control system
? Monthly and quarterly reporting
? Manage the performance of the quality controller

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a degree in Food Technology / Winemaking
? 3 years’ experience in a Quality Management position
? Experience in cellar/ food producing / food safety management systems
? HACCP experience
? ISO 2200 experience
? Highly computer literate
? Excellent communication & people skills – fully bilingual
? Highly organized person and able to work under pressure
? Must be a team player
