Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Bachelors Degree in Law or similar (a must have)
• Certificate in compliance Management
• Experience in Risk and Compliance Management within a corporate environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research best practices for risk , governance and compliance management in countries SA, UK, Singapore, Australia and Mauritius
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures within the organisation globally
• Implementation of ISO standards
• Assistance with contracts for the different business units
• Strong IT governance and compliance knowledge
