An established bank is seeking the skill of a Compliance Officer to join the team of Financial Planners to keep a track of compliance. Client is ideally looking for a candidate specializing in the NFP distribution channel.The role involves providing compliance guidance and support to the advisory/distribution environment and includes monitoring of controls implemented to manage compliance risks and reporting of weaknesses to management and guiding in the rectification of controls. Applicants are required to have completed compliance monitoring workshops, preferably a CFP and RE certifications. 1 - 2 years in the financial services industry within financial planning and unit trusts are required.
