Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Legal / Business Degree (FAIS recognised) is essential
Registered as a Compliance Officer with the FSB or capable of becoming registered will be highly advantageous
RE1: FAIS Cat 1 FSP (preferred)
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in an end to end compliance function within the Financial Service Industry including full license management functions.
Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and the Long Term Insurance Act, FAIS, FICA and pension funds legislation
