IT software qualification or business analyst qualification
With min. 5-7 years exp. in the Computer Software Developing Industry servicing the Financial services Industries
Business and Systems Experience
Work with Clients, internal IT and service providers according to required processes of Software development system solutions
Must have experience good experience in the full SDLC, and classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, Software testing, user training and deployments
Release/ configuration
Experience in Agile methodology essential
Provide first-line system support to Clients
Manage all Client project-scope changes
Provide direct support to Developers to clarify Client requirements;
Manage system and system environment administration, release management and configuration;
Project Management software solution processes experience
Manage general system, process and Client communication;
Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivity;
Schedule and facilitate scrum events stating objectives and ensuring outcomes are achieved.
Communicate outcomes of scrum events to relevant parties to achieve transparency.
Guide and nurture the Product Owner.
Protect team from interruptions and disruptions.
Must have driver’s license and own transport essential
R30 000 – R40 000 gross per month - neg full cost to company per month x 12 cheques
