Job Description

Implementing strategic equipment and plant replacement programs to ensure that both operate within required designed levels of productivity.
Ensuring ongoing progress is maintained to achieve cost reduction. Effective and enhanced safety standards are also to be maintained
Surveying effective maintenance strategies
Governing the maintenance of equipment, whilst at the lowest cost possible, but also foreseeing safety and quality standards are not to be compromised
Creating and managing a five year business plan for the Concentrator section
Training and development of teams
Ensuring sectional development of collective culture of safety.
Ensuring that work complies with the existing safety legalities and upholds the company standards
Overseeing the operational and capital budgets for the section

Minimum Requirements

BSc. / Btech Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
GCC in Engineering (Elec or Mech) for Mines
2 years of working experience in operation maintenance as a Appointend Engineer
Working experience in both fixed plant and mobile maintenance background will be an added benefit
Relevant knowledge of SAP
