Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for an experienced Concessions Manager for one of the top 5* lodges in the famous Kruger National Park.We are ideally looking for an experienced candidate in the field of Concessions/Reserve management. The area where the property is located is on a private concession within the Kruger national Park and so we need someone to not only oversee all logistics and activities within this concession but to work with the surrounding concessions, the Parks Board, Anti-poaching units and the National Defence Forces. Ideally a candidate with a background in concession management, reserve management, reserve security anti-poaching and/or National Defence Forces (activities related in reserve security).The Concession Manager’s main function is to communicate all activities that take place on the concession with the various security operations and the KNP Section Ranger while maintaining a good relationship with the security operations thus reducing any impact or inconvenience to the lodges guests. From time to time the position will require the successful candidate to interact directly with the lodges guests and host meals – previous experience in hosting or game ranging duties will be key here.To be considered for this position you must have the following:A minimum of 5 year’s work experience in the guiding, security or environmental field.
