Concierge | Limpopo | 4 Star Lodge

We are looking for an experienced CONCIERGE to join this well-established and constantly growing Private Game Reserve and 4 star Lodge in the Bela Bela area, with an equal opportunity policy

Key Focus Areas:

Check bookings and ensure that all information is captured and arranged for
Make arrangements to cater for the guests specific needs during the course of guests stay
Conduct pre-room checks ensuring all is in working order
Guest orientation and indemnity
Need to know what’s happening with each guests visiting the lodge
Schedule a call with Tourist Guides on the day of arrival to make sure that there is no additional information regarding the guests and to find out how their trip is going
During the guest stay, you are to advise the relevant Tourist Guide on their day and update on things like kitchen favourites, dietaries, guide & tracker
Guest bill to be checked by Concierge
Departure needs to be done by Concierge
Weekly meeting with Front Office Manager
Requirements for the position

Grade 12
3-5 years’ experience in similar role
Effective communication skills
MS Office Suite.
Salary Package

Market related
Provident Fund 13% of Basic,
Live in for single accommodation,
Meal provided whilst on shift
Starting date: ASAP
