This stunning hotel that sits perfectly on the beautiful Cape Town coast line requires a well presented and well spoken individual that can be the face of the hotel.The successful candidate must be vibrant, professional and confident with excellent communication skills. The role requires the candidate to assist guests with knowledge on the local areas attractions and offerings. The candidate must ensure that the Front Office Managers are kept informed as to any developments within the department and also of any guest complaints. You will be responsible for managing the Porters, Drivers and Doorman on duty and will need to keep a keen eye out for any improvements that can be made. The minimum requirements are as follows: Matriculation certificate (or equivalent)Preferably a Hotel School DiplomaAdditional languages to English will be an added advantageA thorough knowledge of the local area and activities is a mustA basis knowledge of Front Office policies and proceduresExperience working as a Concierge for a minimum of 2 years in 4/5* Hotel This amazing position is available immediately.
