CONCRETE PLANT SUPERVISOR, MAKOPANE (POTGIETERSRUS), RNEG + BEN

GRADE 12 + TER QUAL IN CIVIL ENG / BUILDING + 3 YEARS EXP IN READY MIX CONCRETE + 3 YEARS EXP IN SUPERVISION OF PLANT STAFF + EXP IN PLANT ADMINISTRATION INDUSTRY + ABLE TO WORK IRREGULAR HOURS + OVERTIME + MUST HAVE DRIVER’S LICENCE + RELIABLE OWN CAR.

The incumbent will be required to perform various tasks inherent to the position such as:

• Confirm scheduling of orders and deliveries.
• Liaise with various departments and customers to ensure timeous delivery and acceptable
quality standards.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards and prepare the plant for inspections.
• Supervise the batching and despatching of concrete.
• Perform all Plant administration duties.
• Supervise Plant staff
• Stock control

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 (Matric).
• At least 3 years experience in the RMC plant environment
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Building will be advantageous
