URGENT Confectioner / Baker
Required for high-end chain supermarket in PINELANDS
Must have min 5 years’ experience

Be able to make breads, speciality breads, rolls and pastries.
Be able to make novelty and wedding cakes / Upmarket confectionery
Strong focus on product quality and freshness
Understanding of GP & stock
Must be honest, reliable and hardworking
Able to working Bakery hours, normally from 6am/7am. 45 hours per week.

Advantageous –someone who has exp in catering for Muslim customers
Ability to oversee the smooth running of the Bakery Section or possibly grow into a supervisory level.

Salary R5 000 – R8 000+ neg dep managerial experience
