Our Client within the Manufacturing Industry are currently seeking a Security Control Room Operator based in Midrand

Oversee and monitor all cameras in control room. Hik Vision (movable IP link) and Static cameras are been used.
Adjust and fix camera related issues
Ensure all cameras are in working condition
Investigate incidents via camera footage, do backups and store for future use
Monitor and observe staff movements within factory
Oversee and monitor time and attendance software in control room
Payroll and time sheets
Monday – fortnightly
Pull hours from Jarrison System
Calculate hours manually and compare with System
Investigate short time and overtime
Export pay run file and send to Third Party
Register new staff members on time and attendance system and allocate to correct departments
Do staff movements between Units as require
Monitor all finger print devices
Ensure all devices are “on line”
Time is correct
Reset devices that “freeze”
Report any system errors to Supplier (Jarrison)
Get quotes for yearly renewal of the System (End March)
Distribute weekly printouts of exceptions to Management
Monitor staff locker rooms
Monthly inspection of 2 way radios and initiate repairs if require
Keep register up to date
