The successful candidate will be operating in an outbound Call Centre environment. The candidate will be involved in Client retention and the conservation of clients whose policies have lapsed or have not been successfully taken up. The person will be fulfilling an investigative role and looking at patterns in our market.
Candidate will be working closely with the National Client Relations Manager and will be responsible for capturing Excel sheets, re –activating policies, interpreting Data, talking to difficult clients, picking up Trends. Suitable candidates are invited to apply for the above mentioned position.

? Telephonically contact clients whose policies have been rejected, lapsed, Not-Taken-Up, according to guidelines that will be provided.
? Call clients who cancelled clients according to guidelines that will be provided.
? Reactivate policies on our system in accordance with Financial Sector Conduct Authority requirements (TCF)
? Collating weekly and Monthly reporting on results achieved based on work done.
? Adhere to quality control measures put in place
? Updating of all Client information received

Inherent requirements for the above-mentioned position will be the following:
? Completed Matric
? Experience in a call centre (1-2 years) / Customer services environment,
? Fully bilingual in English & any other official South African language(s)
? Excellent listening skills; conflict handling and customer service skills,
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
? Must be able to work with Excel and large amounts of Data.

Salary R102 000,00 per annum plus benefits (pension & medical aid)
