Job Description
Management of the planning and execution of daily construction activities by coordinating the necessary resources, conducting planning safety, and ensure availability of materials within scheduled times
Assessing the content of construction plans to reduce unfavourable losses
Achieve objectives by shortening the job duration while still delivering exceptional quality of work
Ensuring all company adjectives set out are reached
The study and understanding of all civil construction drawings
Providing support to the construction manager with fault finding, root cause analyses of problems and the planning of actions to prevent problematic
Establish the fiscal value of prime replacements
Ensure project exertion through relevant services & resources
Ensure that all construction activities are carried out as specified by the company
Perform reasonable tasks/activities related to the job & working environment
Supervise & control construction activities, ensuring the standards of performance are up to par
Enforcing & maintaining engineering standards for legal compliance, maintaining and improving health & safety environmental standards
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma/ N6 or relevant degree in Engineering (Civil)
6 years’ site experience & knowledge in Engineering (concrete construction etc.)
Experience & knowledge of managing Contractors within a Project
