• BS Engineering
• Min. 10 years working experience in construction or associated engineering fields
• Knowledge of project management, cost control and cost estimating
• Familiar with international building, utility and piping codes
• Familiar with budgeting and accounting procedures
• Knowledge of standard safety practices
• Min. 5 years working experience in oil / gas or construction
• Professional Engineering Registration preferred
