Construction Project Manager Cape Town TH

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in residential developments for a housing developer based in Cape Town.

You must carry a BSc/B-Tech or National Diploma in the Built Environment and must have a minimum 5 Years’ experience in the implementation of housing developments and projects, including sectional title and own/full title.

Candidates with a solid understanding of the design, procurement and construction of building projects and a basic understanding of current contract documents, such as JBCC, PROCSA documents, GCC and Contract Law would take advantage.
