Construction Project Manager
Responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the construction of an office building and a campus for the entire lifecycle of the project, from submissions and approvals, scope, cost, time, procurement, quality, contracts, administration, technical support and design integration.
Position based in the Northern Suburbs (Durbanville).
Contract position – 18 months.

Requirements:
BSc degree in construction management, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field
5+ years’ project management experience within a construction environment
Multi-level building construction experience (essential)
Quantity surveying experience (essential)

Remuneration:
Up to R45k
