REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Construction Management
• Project Management introduction
• Schedule compliance
• 10 year’ Management experience
• 5-10 year’ Boiler experience
• Strong technical skills in piping, mechanical and structural

• Schedule compliance: Maintain planned schedule deadlines, earned value vs spend value & SE ratio
• Resource allocations
• Technical clarifications
• Maintain good safety record
• Manage and motivate construction staff
• Client relations: Must be able to run and facilitate meetings
