Not looking for an experienced recruiter as we provide full training, but we are looking for someone who has a strong sales or marketing background and is particularly looking for a career as an external Recruitment Consultant.
Comes with the right attitude, is willing and able to learn, enthusiastic and up-beat. This is not a Human Resources position.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Matric
• Some tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales etc. would be an advantage
• Good business grammar and conduct
• Searching, screening and short listing of quality candidates
• Not afraid of picking up the phone and dealing with Industry Leading Companies
