Our client requires the services of an experienced Consumer Insights Manager to be part of their customer insights team.

Key performance areas:

? Support the team in delivering an insightful and proactive service to the company through working with solution experts to deliver client solutions that result in improved value
? Build relationships with client contact and good understanding of the client organization, their strategies and objectives
? Deliver accurate, creative and actionable shopper insights
? Understand selected elements of the organization change plan
? Delegating to specialists as necessary, toward enabling a sustainable customer-loyal culture
? Effective project management and delivery of high standard of work ensuring that deadlines are met, operational hurdles are understood and insights are delivered in an actionable format
? Contribute to delivering revenue targets for the client group
? Collaborate with others in order to execute a ‘joined up’ approach for the company
? Participate in the integration of data, solutions and tools into clients collaborative business planning and measurement processes

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant degree in Business, Quantitative Techniques, Mathematics or Statistics degree
? 5 years’ experience in FMCG or Retail analytical role
? Proven leadership skills, a team player and able to work independently and on own initiative.
? Strong business and commercial acumen
? Data interpretation skills
? Good communication skills (written & verbal)
? Excellent computer literacy
? Attention to detail
? Project, stakeholder and category management knowledge will be advantageous
