Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch,
has a position available for a Consumer Sales.

Key Requirements:
• NQF Level 4 –Matric (Grade 12)
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
• Command of another South African languages advantageous
• 1 -2 Years Inbound telesales experience.

Key Performance Areas:
• Outbound telesales to new businesses with a set daily call/activity volume.
• Outbound telesales to existing clients to upsell and cross sell product offering.
• Minimum achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Completion of sales specific daily training and role playing.
• Client issue resolution across all products.
• Responsible for responding to client enquiries timeously, effectively and efficiently.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.

Based on experience and qualification we offer the following:
• Basic salary + Commission.
